Occupational medicine is a specialty within the profession of preventive medicine that focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of work-related injuries and illnesses. Certification in Occupational Medicine and Specialty training may be obtained in Senegal and other countries such as the U.S. based ACOEM.
General practice: Most medical doctors offer elements of preventive medicine during encounters in Family Practice, Emergency Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Overall scope of our Occupational Medicine practice: We offer provider based clinical services such as Injury treatment, Preventive assessments, medical surveillance, Drug testing and related Ancillary services that aid in regulatory compliance.
